1. Introduction

At Zivranexdrex, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return products purchased from our website zivranexdrex.world.

This policy is designed to comply with Swedish consumer protection laws (Konsumentköplagen), the EU Consumer Rights Directive, and other applicable regulations. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen).

2.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.

For orders consisting of multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the last item.

2.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may:

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method). We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We will not charge any fees for such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

3. Return Conditions

3.1 Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened: Products must be in their original, sealed packaging
  • Unused: Products must not have been used or consumed
  • Complete: All original components, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Undamaged: Products must be in their original condition

3.2 Products Not Eligible for Return

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or unsealed products
  • Products where the safety seal has been broken
  • Products that show signs of use or tampering
  • Products not in their original packaging

This exception is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which allows exceptions for sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

3.3 Proof of Purchase

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, or order number) when requesting a return.

4. Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

5. Return Shipping Costs

5.1 Customer Responsibility

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless:

  • We have agreed to bear the cost

  • The product is defective or incorrect

5.2 Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of such products.

6. Refunds
